Hawk HVAC Ltd recently completed a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) replacement at an assisted living bungalow in Meadowbrook Court, Gobowen.

The problem

The property was still operating with a 30-year-old ventilation system that had failed. The outdated unit was inefficient, costly to run, and no longer provided adequate fresh air or heat recovery, leading to increased energy bills and reduced indoor air quality.

Our MVHR solution

We removed the failed system and installed a modern Vent-Axia MVHR system, designed to deliver continuous fresh air while recovering heat that would otherwise be lost.
